Admirable. Do you know anything about the use of diesel generators with woodgas? I saw a video of gasified palm(?)cake used to drive a diesel generator on YouTube, but this may actually be running on vapourised oil/woodgas mixture. I am considering the design requirements of a 500Kw plant in England, running on forestry discards....

I fixed my quick typing on this one.

Great job Ben ..... Here is an idea , "not put into a working model yet" Maybe a ball shaped gasifier that is just a little bit larger than the entire gasification process, feed by one(or more) tube(s) comming out of the top with auger in it so the wood chips are allowed to fall into the "ball" so bridging might be eliminated. I might have to scan a drawing to show this.
Anyway all the hard work shown on this website is just GREAT ...
