Victory Gasworks- Gasifiers and Wood Gasification

Here is the 2010 Off Gridder. I'm a proud papa.

I gave in to the endless promptings for auger feed, even though I know you probably won't prepare that much fuel or appreciate how many trees it will take to run all day, everyday. Made automation standard and now have a good chunk agitator that works well. Chips can be agitated from the side or the top with some reconfiguring. Now the base shell is a heat exchanger for forced air fuel drying (the only way to go). Went to the baghouse filter for better soot filtration and reduced maintenance. Membrane filter pulls out water for a more potent gas and acts as a safety.

Lot's of the light industrial grade units features at a more agressively priced package. Still working on a drop in ceramic hearth. Right now I can offer it as a custom add-on. Starting to look beyond piston engines for more power solutions and liquid fuels research is hot and heavy. Someday I would like to see a complete home power refinery solution in the $20,000-$25,000 range. We have a ways to go for that, but it's a great goal to have.

Hi,
Thank you very much.

Yeah I can supply the blower separately. Just haven't got it in the store yet. Waiting for my website spring makeover. You can force feed the engine, but it works best with a stable load so that the engine's demands stay constant. Net metering is the best way to do this. The blower is easily tuned with a screw for variable draft.

Very Nice!
Ben are you able to supply the suction blower as as a separate item yet?

Most impressive- does the blower act as a bit of a supercharger for running a piston engine, helping airflow and gas density?
