What is your experience with gasification?
I have a inversed downdraft wood gas camp stove, and have made replicas of it, newbie, so similar to pepe's one so far, I tinker with JoeCells & HHO Torches, rather than buy a plasma cutter really!

I'd reckon the addition of small amounts of brown's gas/electrically expanded water would greatly enhance hearth efficiency.
